During the pilot, Shepp collects the account and contact details you give us, and the company, capability, and study information you submit. Do not submit patient names or protected health information.
- Sponsors see fit before they see a vendor name. Study details are shown only to vendors the sponsor has invited. Vendor work contacts are not shown to sponsors.
- Shepp does not sell customer data, and does not use vendor or sponsor data to train models. Shepp uses paid providers to run the product.
- Shepp does not use customer data for advertising.
- To ask for access, a correction, or deletion, email hello@sheppai.com. After a written request, Shepp aims to delete or return that data within about 30 days.
Shepp does not collect information from children under 16.
