Security

A confidentiality agreement comes before pilot access.
Study details are never shown to vendors the sponsor has not invited.
Passwords are stored hashed. Each person has their own account. Customer organizations are kept separate. Connections are encrypted.
Staff access to customer data is limited to people who need it to run the pilot.
Shepp uses paid providers. Vendor and sponsor data is not used to train models.
Shepp will tell you if it learns of unauthorized access to your customer data.
Shepp does not claim a security certification, and does not promise a service level during the pilot.
