The pilot is free and by invitation. It is for your own evaluation of Shepp. Either side may end it in writing.
- You own the information you submit. A vendor may claim its profile and correct what is wrong.
- Do not submit patient names or protected health information.
- Shepp does not sell customer data, and does not use vendor or sponsor data to train models.
- Pilot access is confidential. Do not share it with anyone Shepp has not invited.
- The product is provided as-is. Shepp does not promise uptime or a particular result.
- On a written request, Shepp will delete or return your customer data, targeted within about 30 days.
The full pilot terms are the ones you accept before access.
